The four-finger handled Ultra XTreme is extremely popular because of its ergonomic handle design and its cocking bar and sear mechanism that allows no travel with customizeable sensitivity that can be set with two screws rather than just one. Because of this patented feature, the Ultra XTreme will not load up with more bow poundage and will fire cleanly at full draw! Another plus of the Ultra XTreme is its interchangeable heads. Not only can it shoot with a talon rope head (that swivels 360 degrees and wont torque your rope by twisting it), but it can also shoot with standard caliper jaw. Beyond that, you can adjust the trigger in two places to fit your hand exactly! Can your release do all that? New to the Ultra XTreme this year is more adjustability!!! To make your release stiffer, simply tap out the dowel that runs through the handle and the thumb trigger and move it to the other dowel hole that runs through the handle and trigger. This changes the firing angle and makes the release stiffer! From attending all of the ASA, IBO, and NFAA tournaments last year, we noticed that most shooters wanted more contoured handles. These changes are examples of how we listen to you to make our releases better. Another advantage to the Ultra XTreme is the ability to add a strap! You can remove the T.R.U. Ball¨ sticker and insert the V-Lock or Jackies Straps for safer draw, the ability to not lose your release, and/or the ability to have a relaxed strap/handle release.
